GLOUCESTER FAIR - 2012 WESTERN HORSE SHOW

SUNDAY, MAY 27th - 10:00 a.m.
at the RIDEAU-CARLETON ENTERTAINMENT CENTRE

RULES and REGULATIONS:

1. Rain or Shine, the show will be held.

2. All exhibitors must be members of the Society, 2011 memberships for this section are $10.00 (seniors), $2.00 (youth) and must be paid with entry fees.

3. A youth, for purposes of this show, is one who has not reached his/her eighteenth (18) birthday as of January 1, 2012. Proof of age may be required.

4. A youth cannot enter both Youth and Senior classes.

5. All horses must have a negative Coggins test of the current year.

6. Participants will abide by Quarter Horse Association Rules.

7. Exhibitors must be ready when their class is called or their entry will be refused.

This rule will be strictly enforced by the Ring Steward.

8. All prize money will be given on the day of the Fair.

9. Entry fees will not be refunded unless the show is cancelled by the Gloucester Agricultural Society.

10. ENTRIES: Entries will be accepted the day of the show until 9:30 a.m.
SHOW STARTS AT 10:00 A.M. CASH ONLY ACCEPTED (NO CHEQUES)

11. Effective for all shows and exhibitions of animal: a proof of Liability Insurance (no less than $1,000,000) by the owner must be produced with the entries or the exhibitor will not be allowed to show their animals.
